Massara

Smooth clay plaster in BRO-03 with Rustic alongside it, in a restaurant that puts the cuisine of Campania into its surfaces as well as its menu.

Massara serves the food of Southern Italy’s Campania region, and the room is built from the same register: reclaimed timber, stone, marble and clay, with brass and bronze light fittings sourced in Italy.

Smooth clay plaster in BRO-03 carries the walls, with Rustic used where a coarser 6–7 mm grain suited the surface. Against a palette of terracotta, deep olive and warm timber the plaster reads as rural and coastal rather than decorative — earth colour in an earth material.
