We employ our artisans rather than subcontracting them, which means we are always looking for the next pair of hands — and for the people who plan, price and manage the work behind them.

Why it is worth joining

Most finishing contractors in the Gulf hire crews per project. We do the opposite: around 200 applicators are direct employees on our own sponsorship, across the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

That changes what a job here is. You are trained to a manufacturer's standard and certified as an approved applicator for the systems you install. You work across a range most plasterers never touch — unfired clay, hydraulic lime, tadelakt, in-situ rammed earth, microcement, resin-bound aggregate. And you build a body of work you can point at: a museum in Madinah, a pavilion that won gold at Expo, a waterpark in Qatar.

The work is demanding and it is honest. A rammed earth wall is compacted once. A tadelakt surface is burnished in a window measured in minutes. There is no coat of paint at the end to hide a bad day.

Artisanal applicators

Plasterers and finishers, from experienced hands to those starting out. Clay, lime, tadelakt, microcement, rammed earth and decorative effects. Training and manufacturer certification provided.

Foremen and site supervisors

UAE · KSA · Qatar

Running finishing packages on live sites: sequencing, substrate readiness, mock-up approval, quality control against the approved panel, and the safety of the crew.

Technical and estimation

Riyadh · Dubai

Reading drawings and bills of quantities, taking off finishes, preparing submittals and specification responses, and answering consultants on the data.

Project management

UAE · KSA · Qatar

Owning a package end to end — programme, procurement call-off, applicator allocation, client and consultant interface, handover and O&M.

Sales and business development

Riyadh · Dubai · Doha

Working with architects, interior designers and main contractors to get natural finishes specified early, and supporting them through to award.

Showroom and technical marketing

Riyadh

Hosting architects at the Atelier, running sample and mock-up programmes, and keeping the technical library accurate.
