The project
Designed by NŌN, Villa 515 restores and transforms a 1980s Jumeirah villa, home to a perfumery, café, and a newly added restaurant.
At the heart of the space is a spiral staircase, inspired by the swirling smoke of bukhoor. Finished in smoothed Demi-Rustic, its sculptural form echoes the traditional architecture of UAE forts.
Throughout the restaurant, smooth white clay plaster sets a calming tone, complementing bespoke tiles that add layers of texture and visual interest to the dining experience.
